These two prompts are totally unrelated, plot-wise, but they both have a lot to do with Wutai--not surprising, since pretty much 90% of these are going to end up having a lot to do with Wutai.
The first one is the end of the Wutai war, and the second is somewhere more like Year 2 of Wutai--Sephiroth is about fifteen, maybe sixteen, in that one.
The first one also makes Rufus look horrible, but hey. He is horrible, probably especially as a teenager.

It's funny how time changes your opinions of the quality of your work; at first I disliked how the L/S piece had come out and loved the S/C one, but now my opinions are reversed. I'm fond of the anatomy on both, even if I can spot several flaws. I just enjoy the emotion in the first drawing, and I think it's lacking somewhat in the second. Oh well. |

I haven't forgotten about my Lazard/Sephiroth claim! I just have been seriously blocked on it. Lazard is amazingly slippery and hard to write. Sephiroth isn't much better. They're both very smart and complicated men, and it takes a lot of attention to even try and write them, something that, well, I'm not very good at.
Today's addition is short, completely worksafe, and totally a downer.

Besides, I got rid of them once they hatched, right? And you know that guy’s weird anyway; how does Lazard know he wouldn’t have liked to have a whole bunch of baby Hedgehog Pies? They are kinda cute when they’re little…”
“Zack, you’re rambling.”
“Oh yeah! So I was telling him all that when I noticed he has a huge, and I mean huge, hickey on his neck. Lazard. Had a hickey! And all I did was ask him, ‘Hey Laz, old buddy, who’s the lucky lady?’ And I got fuckin’ KP for it! Can you believe that?”
“Mmm-hmm.”
